PTRE3GS lacks binding sites for endogenous mammalian transcription factors, so it is virtually silent in the absence of induction.You can easily produce a recombinant lentivirus particle in HEK293T or HEK293FT cell line in high titer using GeneMedi’s lentivirus Vector System, including the lentivirus expression plasmids (overexpression, shRNA or Crispr-cas9-gRNA), the envelope protein VSV-G expressing plasmid pMD2G and the packaging plasmid pSPAX2.
