You can contact Genemedi for your unique reporter including GFP, zsgreen, RFP, mcherry or luciferase.U6 is a type III RNA polymerase III promoter commonly used for driving small hairpin RNA (shRNA) expression in vector-based RNAi.You can easily produce a recombinant lentivirus particle in HEK293T or HEK293FT cell line in high titer using GeneMedi’s lentivirus Vector System, including the lentivirus expression plasmids (overexpression, shRNA or Crispr-cas9-gRNA), the envelope protein VSV-G expressing plasmid pMD2G and the packaging plasmid pSPAX2.
