Monomeric Keima (mKeima), a coral-derived acid-stable fluorescent protein that emits different-colored signals at acidic and neutral pHs. The mitochondrial mKeima(mt-mKeima) can be shown to enter the lysosome mitochondria through the autophagy pathway, so as to directly reflect the degree of mitochondrial autophagy.
