AAV-GCaMP6m (medium variant calcium indicator) – AAV vector for in-vitro/in-vivo study–GM molecule indicator/biosensor-Introduction

GM AAV-GCaMP6m (medium variant calcium indicator) – AAV vector is powerful scientific tool for in-vitro/in-vivo study.
GcaMP6 is a super-sensitive fluorescent protein, which is widely used to reflect the changes of intracellular free Ca2+ concentration. GcaMP6 fluorescent protein can be used as a hypersensitive Ca2+ probe to study the effects of external factors on Ca2+ in living cells under physiological and pathological conditions.GCaMP6m is a genetically encoded fluorescent Ca[2+] indicator that shows high sensitivity and medium decay kinetics. It consists of the calmodulin-binding peptide M13, a circularly permuted green fluorescent protein and calmodulin.
