Recombinant 2019-nCoV(SARS-CoV-2) Spike Protein RBD F490S mutant (lambda variant C.37 lineage)
The world is in midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. SARS-CoV-2 Lambda, a new variant of interest, is now spreading in some South American countries. On June 15, 2021, the World Health Organization designated C.37 as Variant of Interest (VOI) Lambda. Two of the spike mutations are at key residues in the RBD (L452Q and F490S).
