AAV-Rh.10 Rep-Cap plasmid (serotype Rh.10-specific AAV RC-Rh.10 plasmids)

GeneMedi’s AAV-Rh.10 Rep-Cap plasmid (serotype -Rh.10-specific AAV RC plasmid), also named AAV-Rh.10-RC plasmid, or AAV-RC-Rh.10 plasmid, is part of AAV-Rh.10 packaging system. AAV-Rh.10 Rep-Cap plamid supplies the AAV-Rh.10 Rep (replication) proteins and the AAV-Rh.10 capsid protein.

You can produce AAV-Rh.10 paticle in 2-Rh.103T cell line in high titer using GeneMedi’s AAV-Rh.10 Rep-Cap plasmid with GeneMedi’s AAV expression vector (overexpression or shRNA) and AAV helper plasmid.

The tissue tropism of AAV-Rh.10 vector has been validated in neuron(CNS), lung, liver, heart and muscle, with potential applications in tissue-specific gene therapy.
