You can produce AAV2 variant (Y444F, Y730F, Y500F, Y272F, Y704F, Y252F) paticle in 293T cell line in high titer using GeneMedi’s AAV2 variant (Y444F, Y730F, Y500F, Y272F, Y704F, Y252F) Rep-Cap plasmid with GeneMedi’s AAV expression vector (overexpression or shRNA) and AAV helper plasmid.
